Our old stories help us to explore truths hidden inside of ourselves.
Join this exploration of myth to find out what comes next! 1 March 6pm GMT / 10am PST
Stories are the way people have learned, remembered, and communicated ever since we developed language. In fact it could be argued that we are a narrative species. The way that we make sense of the world around us is to tell stories, or imagine narratives around certain situations. They help us to make sense of an uncertain world.
What Comes Next?
Once upon a time... In a land far, far away...
Or was it right beneath our feet the whole time? Stories lead us home, to the centre of who we are and where we came from. This session will explore some old stories that dive into the core of being and help us uncover old truths about ourselves and the world.
People are made of stories. Places are full of them. The stories of our lives run through our identity like a red thread. We can see where we have been, and where we are going, through acknowledging and celebrating those threads and stories.
