Cara is an innovative, creative oral storyteller and writer working interactively with people at all levels. She works in schools, community settings, on stage, and online. In 2022 Cara was awarded a Residency with the National Theatre of Scotland to develop a performance around mental health, climate justice, and the environment. This led to investigating local spaces, ancient stories, and rediscovering the importance of rituals in community practice.
